Six projects, in full. Different fields, same starting point: we understood the work before we wrote anything.
National identity registry
A government needed one reliable way to identify every citizen. The records existed, but scattered across systems that had grown up separately over decades and did not agree with each other. We consolidated them into a single secure registry: duplicates resolved, one unique identifier per person, built to be queried by the departments that need it.

Patient triage on the hospital website
Patients arriving at a hospital website could not tell which department they needed, so they rang instead and reception guessed. We built a bot that asks what the problem is in ordinary words, works out the right specialisation, and books the appointment. No queue, no wrong department.

Reception assistant for the same hospital
When somebody walks in, the receptionist types what they have come in with, in plain language. The agent works out which specialisation it calls for, weighs how urgent it looks against which doctors are free, and books the right one. No walking the corridor to ask, no guessing from a paper rota.

Private model on a law firm’s own case files
The firm wanted its lawyers able to question its own archive without a word of it leaving the building. We trained a language model on their case files and ran it on their own hardware. Lawyers ask it about past matters, precedent and filings at any hour, and nothing reaches an AI company because there is nowhere for it to go.

Private model on an accounting practice’s records
Years of client accounts, filings and correspondence that only the person who worked on them could navigate. Their own model, on their own servers, now answers across all of it: what was claimed last year, why a figure moved, where a document went. Client data never leaves the practice, which is the only version of this an accountant can actually use.

Execution engine for a hedge fund
The fund was running its strategies by hand, which capped how many it could run at once and how fast it could react when the market moved. We built the engine that runs them: placing and managing the orders, holding to the risk limits it is given, and keeping a record of every decision so the desk can go back and check what happened.
